If you’ve ever tasted hand-made chocolate created from the freshest ingredients then, first and foremost, you will know that it is a revelation to your taste buds – and now you have a chance to sample, learn about and create your very own! During this experience you’ll learn about the history of chocolate, the process from bean to bar and how to make praline, vanilla truffles and fudge.
